A mattress purchase is an important investment, which is why we offer a one-time exchange within 120 nights of the original purchase. We do recommend sleeping on it a minimum of 21 nights to allow the mattress to adjust to your body. If it still is not the right fit for you, our team will work with you to select a different mattress.
WARRANTY
We choose product and manufacturers that have warranties that allow our customers to sleep peacefully knowing that their purchase is protected. BedTech offers a 10 year non-prorated warranty for the Escape 500 mattress that begins on the date of purchase. It covers the following during normal wear: manufacturer defects in the materials or workmanship and body indentations that are greater than an 1 1/2.”

My boyfriend and I tried this in the store and decided to purchase it since it was so highly recommended. This is our first foam mattress and unfortunately, this bed has been very uncomfortable as it’s way too firm for us. We’re both going numb in the shoulders and waking up with lots of stiffness. We wanted to take advantage of the trial period offer but come to find out that if we want to exchange it, we’re out $150.

I’m not sure if this mattress is right for me yet. I got it delivered about 2 weeks ago and I think I might be exchanging for a softer one. I do like how it’s a lot cooler than the bed I used to have so I will probably stick with the same series but just one a little softer!
