Peter helped us buy a new bed today at the BedMart on SW Scholls Ferry Road. He and Mike were very helpful and, a bonus for us, not at all salesy. We went in knowing we wanted to buy a Parklane mattress because of our past experience with that brand. Peter and Mike helped us figure out how we might be able to adapt a new platform to work with our antique headboard/footboard. We were there on Saturday and delivery is scheduled for Tuesday…we are pleased with the quick delivery time.

I purchased a DreamCloud mattress in 2021 and had a question about how to clean it. The first time I called the Washington Square store, the salesman told me he was really busy and he would have to ask someone else about, then told me if he forgets me, just call back. I never heard back from him, I spent more than $1,500, but didn't matter to him. So, I called back, talked to Tony, he took the time to give me recommendations on cleaning it. However, the fact remains there's no way to properly clean a memory foam mattress. So, I purchased a $1,500 disposable mattress.
