The people in the store are the best. Very helpful. And the delivery people are very nice They keep their delivery schedule and are very careful while setting the mattress up. I would use them again. They also worked with me when I realized my mattress didn't have the legal tag for some reason. They let me exchange it, and again switched it back, although I am now thinking I shouldn't have :)Update. These guys go way above what normal customer service normally is expected. I had problems with the mattress selected. My neck and lower back were on fire due to I think a too soft mattress. They did another and final switch to a different brand and I am hopeful it will work best for me

My spouse and I bought a full size bed on 12/1/24. Keith was our salesman and he is very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. Keith has a lot of experience selling mattresses and answered all our questions. We purchased the mattress that Keith showed us based on our price range and we were very pleased with the whole experience. The mattress is a gift to our daughter and it was delivered on time on the delivery day and in a quality manner.
